TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Kaleidoscope.  Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
 
The Goods
We endeavour to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 20% in British pounds sterling (GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling.  Our orders are processed through Sagepay. 
 
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
 
Debit and Credit Card Security
Credit and debit card processing is handled in a secure manner using Sage Pay. Kaleidoscope does not see or store your card details at any time. Your card is charged at the time the order is despatched.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we cannotvsupply the goods for any reason then we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.  As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or phone call as soon as possible if any products in your order are unavailable.  Please be assured you will not be charged for those products.
 
Delivery Times
Products and services to be supplied within the United Kingdom are despatched by Royal Mail. Kaleidoscope makes all reasonable efforts to ship your order within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).  We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
 
Order Shipping and Delivery
It is important to note that orders can take anywhere from three to five working days to be processed. Whilst Kaleidoscope may not be able to guarantee an exact delivery date or time, we aim to deliver products and services to your shipping address within the timeframe specified by us. If you require an order urgently we do have a Priority Service.

Risk
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and certain orders sent by courier will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
 
Damaged Goods
Upon receiving your goods, you should immediately inspect all items for any damage. If the package looks tampered with or appears to have been damaged you should either refuse to accept it or if sent via Courier then mark the courier’s sheet to show this and accept your goods. Please inform Kaleidoscope immediately if you find any damage by emailing info@kalquilts.com. As with our returns policy, you should include all of the information outlined above.

Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.  Please note we generally do not accept returns for fabric remnants or cut fabric. If the return of fabric is accepted then immediately after the fabric is received, we will refund you the cost of the fabric less our postage cost incurred in posting the order to you. 
 
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Please include with the parcel your contact details including your telephone number and e-mail address.  You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.  If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
 
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item.  We will not refund the postal charge incurred by you in returning the item to Kaleidoscope.
 
When returning an item to Kaleidoscope, please return the goods by Post in the original packaging.  It is strongly advised that you request a 'Proof of Posting' from the Royal Mail or return the goods by Registered Post.  The Proof of Posting is your insurance in case the parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned goods at any shows we attend.
 
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers include a complimentary card which is sent p&p free. As the gift vouchers are not electronic, to redeem the voucher, the gift voucher has to be returned to Kaleidoscope.

Please note when the card is redeemed there is a postal charge for sending the products. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against all products we sell except class fees.
 
General
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
