Starting on 10 April 2012, purchase over £25 of books Online in one purchase to receive a Rewards Card. You will receive a Rewards Card valid for 12 months which can be used at all shows we attend and in our shop. This card will enable you to purchase books from Kaleidoscope closer to online prices when you visit our book stand at the shows and in our shop.
The majority of books on our website are included within this offer but there are certain book titles which will not be credited to the £25 amount required to obtain the Rewards Card. If a book is not included in the Rewards Card offer then it will be stated in red within the book description.
European customers can use their Rewards Card at any show we attend in the UK and throughout Europe. Please note when we are attending the European shows the discounted price will include vat and an allowance for exchange rates.

Each time a registered customer purchases online they will receive online Loyalty points for every online purchase.
If you do have a Rewards Card then this card must be presented at the time of purchase when visiting our book stand at the shows or in our shop. Customers at the shows who do not have a Rewards Card will be offered a Loyalty Card. The Rewards Card cannot be used in conjunction with the Loyalty Card.
Online Loyalty Points
To receive online loyalty points you must first register an account with Kaleidoscope.
How to register? On the left-hand side of the homepage under Customer Accounts is a link to Create an Account. Complete the details to become a registered customer.
As a registered customer, you are also entitled to earn Loyalty Points based on your purchases at Kaleidoscope. Once your account has been set up, you will be given the basic account status and can start earning points with every purchase. Points details are as follows:
• Spend £ 15 to earn 1 point(s) • Exchange 15 points for a discount of £ 10 from your order.
Please note: You will not be able to spend any points until you have earned a minimum of 10 points.
Quick Checkout Once you register for an account with Kaleidoscope you will only ever need to enter your email address and password when you're next checking out as all other details will be stored securely. Please note, however, we will NOT store your credit card details. All payment transactions are processed through Sagepay. You are also able to update your account details with any changes, and request a lost password to be sent to the registered email address.
Account History From the moment you register with Kaleidoscope, you will have full access to your order history. This will give you the ability to view your previous and current orders, check the status of them LIVE online, refresh your memory of the order details and even query the order directly through our Customer Services interface
