Kaleidoscope is pleased to announce we are moving our shop premises in Milngavie to Kippen, Stirlingshire.
Our retail premsies will be closed in January 2019 but please note our online business conducted from our warehouse is not affected with the January move.
We move into our new shop opening early March 2019 with a formal opening to be announced.
The new shop is close to 6,000 sq.ft including an area of 2,000 sq.ft for teaching. We have a fantastic selection of teachers and very excited to announce that Sheena Norquay will be teaching with Kaleidoscope on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 April 2019.
The extra retail space will enable us to display so many more quilting, embroidery and mixed media products.
All details including the postal address, opening hours will be added to the website in Debruary 2019 and newsletter prior to our opening. At anytime if you wish further information including details of workshops, please send an e-mail.

We have approximately 500 different books in our shop. If there is a
particular book you would like to see then please phone the shop
and we will ensure the book is here when you visit.

The shop is located in cottage premises within the car park of Dobbies Garden Centre, Milngavie, directly opposite the Centre.
Dobbies Garden Centre, Milngavie, is based in a pleasant rural setting. Two miles away is the centre of Milngavie, which is the start of the West Highland Way. Also nearby is the Mugdock Country Park. Travelling northwards within half-an-hour you will reach Aberfoyle and the Trossachs. Whilst quilters enjoy visiting the shop, there are many facilities at Dobbies for the rest of the family. Ample free and secure parking close to the shop at all times.
We are pleased to welcome groups either for weekday, weekend or evening visits. We are overwhelmed and grateful to learn the distance people travel to visit our shop. We are happy for groups to use our workshop during their visit and would be pleased to prepare a short demonstration for your group. There is a large carpark and ample parking for cars and coaches.
As soon as you enter our shop you’ll be greeted by a colourful array of fabric bolts, fabric bundles, kits, books, patterns, wadding and notions.
